Description
Job Requirements:
- Grade 1
- Mineral Processing plants
- Valid Passport
- Valid Police Clearance Certificate
- Valid Seafarers Medical Certificate
- Seamans Book Record
- All STCW course and certificates must be valid
Responsibilities:
SHES
- Ensure compliance with Group Safety and Security policies
- Complete Risk Assessments on all Plant activities
- Ensure compliance with Permits to Work (Hot Work etc)
PRODUCTION
- Ensures PLANT team perform all required tasks
- Completes all tracer tests as directed by PLANT FOREMAN
- Routine operation of the SCADA process control system
- Ensures good housekeeping in all work areas
- When required assists technical team with equipment maintenance and repairs
- Assisting PLANT FOREMAN with trouble shooting investigations on Plant systems, rectifying problems, and suggestions for continuous improvement
- Assist with shift log sheets
