This is a full-time Mega Agent Office Opportunity, this is a national opportunity as we need to open MAO offices nationally.
The role involves managing day-to-day operations and supporting real estate agents to grow their businesses within the Mega Agent Office.
Responsibilities include overseeing the office's growth, enhancing performance metrics, mentoring agents, and ensuring adherence to company standards and real estate industry regulations.
You'll also coordinate with leadership and training teams to implement agent support programs, organize internal communications, and produce reports on productivity and profitability.
QualificationsStrong leadership, team management, and mentoring skills
Proficiency in performance analysis, goal setting, and strategic planning
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with real estate processes, office management, and compliance requirements
Knowledge of technology tools and platforms in the real estate industry
Proven problem-solving, organizational, and time-management abilities
Ability to balance on-site work and remote collaboration effectively
Experience in real estate, sales, or business management is an advantage
Licensed real estate proffesional minimum PPRA NQF4 qualification
