    Sales Representative - CPT - CBD

    Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets. They will be responsible for building and maintaining positive business and customer relationships, identifying new opportunities, and promoting and selling products/services to existing and prospective customers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
    • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
    • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
    • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
    • Grow and maintain a customer database by building sound relationships.
    • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.

    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
    • BCom Degree in Business, Marketing Communications, or related field is required.
    • Diploma in Business, Marketing Communications, or related field is required.
    • Proven work experience (minimum of two year's) as a Sales Representative.
    • Valid driver's license is mandatory.
    • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
    • Working knowledge of CRM systems.
