Responsibilities:


  • Managing the calendar of top management and arranging appointments, meetings, and travel accommodations.
  • Managing the ordering and stocking of office supplies and other materials.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized office environment by managing and coordinating the cleaning staff, office equipment, and maintenance.
  • Supporting the HR department with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Assisting with project coordination to ensure timely project completion.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the management team.

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or personal assistant role, preferably in the engineering industry.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
