A busy 150 seater Restaurant located in Pretoria.

A busy restaurant in Pretoria seeks a Strong Junior Restaurant Manager and a FOH Hostess for the restaurant. The Restaurant is a high pressure, fast paced environment that specializes on Mediterranean cuisine and hearty meals. This restaurant is seeking individuals to ensure smooth service delivery. Great interpersonal skills required. Well experienced in Restaurant Operations.

You will be responsible for handling reception and admin duties, taking care of reservations, as well as floor management, engaging with guests and taking orders when the restaurant is very busy.


Qualifications
Any Hospitality industry qualification.


Skills
Hands On. Pro-Active. Great attention to detail. Great Customer Engagement. Well experienced within Restaurant Operations. Great Interpersonal skills. Fluent in Afrikaans and English.
