Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Hospitality General Manager at Mpongo Private Game Reserve, just outside of East London in the Eastern Cape.

The Hospitality General Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage.

This role requires attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team.

Qualifications

Leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
Strong understanding of hospitality operations, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Knowledge of current industry trends and best practices
Qualification in Hospitality Management or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role in the hospitality industry
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
