We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR/Payroll Administrator to join our clients team in Cape Town.


Description:


HR Administration:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation.
  • Handle employee relations matters with confidentiality, sensitivity, and professionalism.

Payroll Management:

  • Process payroll accurately and on time, including calculations, deductions, and benefits administration.
  • Stay abreast of tax regulations and ensure compliance with payrollrelated legislation.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Benefits Administration:

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with any related queries.

Data Management:

  • Maintain HR and payroll databases with precision and attention to detail.
  • Generate reports and analyze data to support strategic decisionmaking.

Compliance:

  • Stay informed about labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all HR and payroll activities.
  • Implement and update HR policies as necessary.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience as an HR/Payroll Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll procedures.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR and payroll experience.
