    Community Support Specialist

    This position is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and quality administrative support to both internal and external clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide customer phone support, answering questions related to work orders, ARC requests, or Association responsibilities.
    • Maintain current community information for Welcome Packet.
    • Manage review, assignment, and follow-up for complex Association Work Orders.
    • Document actions taken with system notes.
    • Process compliance notices and fines.
    • Manage ARC applications, monitoring status and timelines.
    • Maintain homeowner records, including parking passes and amenity reservations.
    • Manage access devices, such as keys and fobs.
    • Coordinate with Service providers for questions related to access or parking enforcement.
    • Support documentation of maintenance of third-party systems.

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma (or equivalent); Associate's Degree preferred.
    • 1-4 years of administrative support experience.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products.
    • Ability to identify and prioritize tasks, multi-task, and provide high-level customer service.
    • Team player with adaptability, dependability, and a solid attendance record.

    Working Conditions:

    • Stationary for periods of time.
    • Relocate up to 25 pounds.
    • Occasional long hours to meet business needs.
