THE FOLLOWING POSITION IS AVAILABLE AT SIZA WATER:
FINANCE CLERK (
REF:
FIN/02/2024)
The successful applicant is required to perform the following key functions, amongst other duties:
- Administrate stock count process and attend stock counts.
- Prepare Debit Order and other monthly schedules.
- Capture journal vouchers in SAP.
- Analyse electricity accounts and query invoices with municipality.
- Capture petty cash/expense claim journal vouchers in SAP.
- Prepare monthly reconciliations of allocated accounts.
- Prepare BBBEE schedule for quarterly concession meetings
- Assist with procurement duties and backup to Buyer.
- Assist with inventory management and backup to Storeman.
- Assist with other related functions within finance and admin.
The applicant is required to have:
- Matric with Math.
- Degree/Diploma in Finance.
- A minimum of 1 years' related experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and SAP.
- A valid code 8 driver's license.
