Gauteng, Lanseria (Market related) Our client is looking for a Sales Person in Lanseria (Lanseria is a suburb on the North West of Johannesburg.

This suburb is well located just off the N14 highway and is easily accessible from areas such as Fourways and Randburg in the North and Strubensvalley and Roodepoort in the West.)

Prepare quotations & follow ups.

Schedule sales appointments and activities

Customer support, excellent customer service, customer relationships

Promote products/services to new and existing customers.

Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of new and existing customers.

Close sales by means of excellent customer service and salesmanship.

Develop strategies for more effective sales closing, share with team.

Maintain positive business and customer relationships to prolong customer lifetime value.

Prioritize and/or escalate client questions and concerns to increase client satisfaction.

Source and develop client referrals.

Track personal appointments, status reports, and sales reports.

Meet or exceed monthly sales targets/goals.

Continuously improve through feedback

Experience and Skills Required:

Minimum of 2 years working experience in sales environment.

Technical experience - engines and/or electrical systems will be beneficial.

Generator/Solar environment experience beneficial

Must be fluent in both English and Afrikaans (essential).

Very good communication skills - Verbal and Written.

Excellent customer service skills

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

Motivated, determined, target driven, team player, confident, ability to work under pressure & independent.

High EQ & Interpersonal Skills

Record keeping skills.

Excellent numeracy skills

Good time management skills.

Common sense.

Very good computer literacy - Excel essential

Familiar with CRM and/or BRM best practices.
