Project Management Associate (South Africa)
Responsibilities
- Understands various cost models and develops budgets for simple deliverables, usually stand alone
- Controls project scope via defined PM methodology and processes for change management."
- Develops single deliverable or simple project timelines independently
- Understands task constraints and conveys critical path milestones to the functional lead."
- Executes day to day activities during a project including risk identification, issue escalation and resolution.
- Basic excel skills (Hlookup, Vlookup, Pivot Table, etc.)
- Drives customer satisfaction and works to strengthen client relationships. Develops an account growth plan with line management oversight to achieve a 10% revenue growth annually (minimum).
- Coordinates/leads capabilities meetings 1 (minimum) annually
- Proficient in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint
- Proficient in meeting coordination including scheduling, development of agendas and meeting minutes; relies on project leads to ensure meeting objectives are met.
- Understands general requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in science, health, or administrative area or related experience
- Detailed knowledge of one or more services areas
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are highly desired
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 requirements
