About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Consultant to identify new opportunities, cultivate strategic relationships, and drive revenue expansion within the finance sector.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and engage potential clients in the finance industry, including banks, asset managers, insurance companies, and fintech startups.
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to expand our client base and increase market share.
BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION-MAKERS AND INFLUENCERS WITHIN TARGET ORGANIZATIONS.
Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions and proposals addressing clients' unique needs and challenges.
Lead client presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new business opportunities.
Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to identify emerging opportunities and potential risks.
Monitor and report on sales activities, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts to senior management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g., CFA, CPA) are highly valued.
Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the finance industry, with a strong network of contacts and relationships.
Deep understanding of financial products, markets, and industry dynamics, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop creative solutions to address clients' business challenges.
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Willingsness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
