Description

A high-end roof top bar and venue seeks to employ a vibrant, friendly and open Restaurant Reservationist / Hostess with the following skills and requirements:

Well presented lady with previous restaurant hostessing experience in a fine dining environment
NOT TAKE OUT OR FAMILY RESTAURANT
Must have an excellent command of the English Language and if possible speak another foreign language
Hotel receptionist experience would be a distinct advantage
Must have a good work ethic willing to work alongside the team in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
At least 3 years experience in hotels or restaurants will be an advantage
Experience on
Dineplan and other POS systems a must
Position entails shift, weekend and late night work
Calm demeanour and mature able to deal with high pressure and demanding clientele
Must have Matric / Grade 12
