    Job Description:

    The Administrative Support Specialist will be responsible for providing administrative support to the engineering team, including organizing and maintaining engineering documentation, generating regular reports, and assisting with data analysis. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities:
    • Organize and maintain engineering documentation, technical reports, and other relevant files.
    • Generate regular reports on project status, budget utilization, and other relevant metrics.
    • Provide administrative support to engineers by assisting with tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
    • Assist with data collection and analysis, providing insights to support decision-making within the engineering department.
    • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

    Requirements:
    * 5 years of relevant working experience
    * Familiarity with engineering concepts and manufacturing processes is beneficial
    * Strong communication and organizational skills
    * Excellent time management skills and the ability to focus on various administrative tasks

    What We Offer:
    A competitive salary range of R250,000 - R350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
