    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant/Clerk to join our dynamic team at PerformIT Personnel in Port Elizabeth.

    As an Administrative Support Assistant, you will provide general administrative support to Senior Account Administrators, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Provide administrative support to Senior Account Administrators
    • Process large volumes of paperwork, including electronic submissions
    • Excellent telephonic communication skills
    • Ability to work in a team and adapt to changes in daily routine
    • Computer literate with basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
    • Fluent in English
    • Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification

    Requirements:

    Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification

    Computer literate – basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

    Fluent in English

    Ability to work in a team

    Ability to accurately process large volumes of paperwork, including electronic submissions
