The People Services Senior Advisor supports the day-to-day queries that are raised with the regional People Services team as well as providing guidance, support and coaching to line managers on foundation to intermediate cases.Responsibilities
- Owns and is accountable for the prompt and correct delivery of all people administration activity and transactional processes across agreed business areas / region, focussing on the colleague experience. ,
- Contribute towards ensuring local HR compliance is adhered to from a legal point of view, ,
