Description
2years- Placement of advertisements for vacancies internally as well as externally and ensuring advertisement is approved by all relevant managers to go live.
- Ensure advertising plan is in place for client's vacancies. (60day deadline)
- Ensure that the recruitment process runs per company policy, including achievement of EE targets, and is conducted in a professional manner.
- Ensure that all required documentation is completed, received and added to the applicant file.
- Ensure interview grids are kept up to date and revised annually in cooperation with the Talent Acquisition Specialist.
- Ensure all applicant feedback is given.
- Ensure only the final recommended applicants' criminal record checks are processed and the telephone reference checks are conducted prior to the next phase in the recruitment process.
- Ensure the Staff Approval Form is completed and signed off by all relevant parties.
- Ensure the offer and relevant documentation are extended to the selected applicant timeously and that all necessary documents are received and completed for the start of the employee file.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 1
- Relevant Bcom HR related qualification is advantageous.
- Minimum 2 years' relevant experience
- Bulk recruitment experience required
- Performing general administration
- Work under pressure and meet multiple deadlines
- Handling conflict, difficult and stressful situations with professional composure
- Deliver exceptional service that exceeds customer's expectations through proactive and appropriate solutions
