Our client in Centurion is seeking a vibrant and resourceful Customer Service Associate to join their team In this role, you will be the face of the company, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve customer complaints effectively, utilizing exceptional conflict resolution skills to reach positive outcomes.

Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products, services, and company policies.

Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately, utilizing strong computer literacy and Excel knowledge.

Maintain accurate customer records and data in a secure and confidential manner.

Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Minimum of 3 year of customer service experience.

Must be able to work 1 weekend per month

Experience in resolving customer complaints and handling conflict situations.

Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to find solutions.

Proficiency in computer literacy and Microsoft Excel.

Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

Teamwork mentality and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Good mathematical skills for handling transactions and basic calculations.

Administrative experience, such as data entry and recordkeeping, is a plus.

In this fast-paced environment, you will thrive on building positive relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
