Future Motor Lease is a fast growing, fast paced and vibrant car rental company. We are looking for strong, hardworking individuals that have a strong work ethic. Our growth has opened the vacancy of an General/Ops Manager position.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Overseeing daily business operations.
  • Managing of Future Motor Lease in all aspects.
  • Managing sales team, accounts department, fleet department, and other.
  • Developing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Training lowlevel managers and staff.
  • Creating and managing budgets.
  • Improving revenue. (KPI's of departments are met)
  • Hiring employees.
  • Evaluating performance and productivity.
  • Analyzing accounting and financial data.
  • Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Cost management.
  • Risk management.
  • Generating reports and giving presentations.

Requirements:


  • Good knowledge of different business functions.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Great interpersonal skills.
  • Meticulous, attention to detail.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Proactive nature.
  • Excellent customer skills.

Experience and Qualifications:


  • Minimum 5 years management experience.
  • Drivers license.
  • Financial qualification advantageous.
  • Experience in the car rental industry is advantageous.
  • Great overall knowledge of cars.
Salary is up to - R32 000 gross


included:

Up to - (Bonus additional R10 000 gross if KPI's are achieved)

Monday - Friday: 6:45am - 5pm
Saturdays: 8:00am to 13:00pm - When requested


Salary:
Up to R32,000.00 per month
