    Description

    Service Sales Consultant

    The Service Sales Consultant will be responsible for new business growth and development by selling service contracts to customers delivering on our customer first promise as a trusted advisor.

    Duties & Responsibilities

    • Collaborates with customers to decipher requirements developing a plan offering optimal solutions.
    • Obtains and organizes data for large modernization projects.
    • Forecasts sales by researching and maintaining sales and market plans.
    • Monitors and communicates sales data through periodic reports.
    • Familiarity with CRM software such as Pipedrive.
    • Follows up on leads presenting potential customers with an overview of services.
    • Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
    • Capacity to lead and problem solve.

    Desired Experience & Qualification

    • Maturity Certificate.
    • Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
    • Reliable vehicle for daily commuting.
    • Previous sales experience or customer service.
    • CRM experience.
    • Basic understanding of physics and electrical theory.
    • Three to five years sales experience in the industry.
