Description

As the Head of Marketing at Crypto School, you will lead and manage all marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition and growth for our free crypto trading courses.

You will develop and execute marketing strategies that align with our overall business objectives.

Your role will be essential in helping to increase the school's brand awareness, online presence, and engagement with its target audience.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive user acquisition, registrations and revenue for Crypto School, focusing on innovative and creative content loop and paid loop user acquisition strategies.
Work closely with the Content Producers to create and produce engaging and informative video content that appeals to a broad range of audiences, including beginners, intermediate learners, and experts in the field.
Develop and manage marketing budgets and report on performance, including engagement rates, website traffic, conversions, and other key metrics.
Analyze market trends, user data, and feedback to optimize marketing campaigns and improve user acquisition, registrations and revenue.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to coordinate and execute campaigns across multiple channels and platforms.
Build and maintain relationships with partners and influencers to drive brand awareness and growth.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships that increase the school's brand awareness, online presence, and engagement with its target audience.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on user acquisition and growth, preferably in the cryptocurrency or blockchain industries.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams of marketing professionals.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make datadriven decisions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive user acquisition and growth.
Passion for the cryptocurrency and blockchain industries.

Salary:
