Hire Resolve seeks a Support Engineer to join their client's team at a leading supplier of online vending systems.
+Responsibilities
- Collaborate with engineers in specification development deployment maintenance support monitoring running reports diagnosis testing developing updating maintaining running reports on customer system data monitoring infrastructure health applying company processes reviewing infrastructure requirements providing data extracts maintaining offsite backups deploying new applications product updates reporting defects installing configuring testing computer software networks equipment using various hardware platforms being part of the Infrastructure Support team responsible for optimal performance availability Hosted Server Platform writing maintaining necessary documents training other staff customers
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Windows Server Networking Excellent problem-solving abilities Fault management raising error logs following up re-testing Pedantic nature Ability work under pressure Must be accurate performing daily tasks Very familiar MS SQL 2008 installation maintenance performance requirements Very good understanding databases database engines Running writing testing scripts Performance management database engine replication mirror technologies Database archiving cleanup Ability develop test code applets Excel Python Visual Studio other tools
