    Marketing Manager

    We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager to lead our brand strategies, drive product launches, and optimize profitability. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in the FMCG/Beverage space, with a strong analytical mind and excellent knowledge of volumes and economics.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Marketing Management: Develop and implement brand strategies, budgeting, product launches, and packaging optimization.
    • Brand Management: Execute communication strategies, advertising campaigns, and competitor reviews, fostering interdepartmental collaboration and implementing awareness drives.
    • Trade Marketing & Intelligence: Liaise with trade teams, analyze markets, and take corrective action.
    • Expenditure Management: Plan, monitor, and authorize market-related expenses.
    • Staff Management: Train, develop, and manage staff performance, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across departments.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively, and meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.

    Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

    Requirements:

    • BCom Honours in Marketing
    • 5 years of experience as a Marketing Manager in the FMCG/Beverage space
    • Excellent analytical skills and sound knowledge of volumes and economics
