Wallet Junkie is an e-commerce business that sells slim and modern wallets online.
We are looking to hire an energetic and dynamic person who can assist us in an entry-level position with packaging and sending out orders with the courier from our mini factory in Amanzimtoti.
You will utilize uAfrica to fulfill our online orders, pick the correct items off the shelf and pack each order correctly.
You will perform duties in accordance with standard operating instructions and ensure inbound and outbound orders are correct and defect-free.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfilling online orders as they come in
- Ensuring each order is correctly packed with the correct ordered item
- Keeping the website updated with the correct stock amounts
- Assiting with carrying and moving boxes of orders to and from courier van
- Accepting boxes of stock when they arrive
- Replying to all comments made by customers on our social media adverts
- Following instructions as given regarding any potential need
Required:
- High school matric or suitable equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient using a computer, printer, and social media
- Able to work on your feet for a few hours of the day
- Good organizational skills
- Detail orientated
- Ability to be proactive and deal with customers inquires
- Ability to solve/fix problems
- Reliable individual with sober habits
- Your own transport to and from work
Role details:
- Work hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 3pm
- Will be working from our mini factory in South Gate Business Park in Amanzimtoti
- Will be given 18 working days of leave per annum

Salary:
R6, R7,000.00 per month

- Amanzimtoti, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
