    Learnership Descriptions

    We bring required skills, experience, and capacity in co-sourcing with/or outsourcing the internal audit function. Our firmwide specialist skills provide a comprehensive solution to our clients.

    In addition to providing independent assurance on critical business processes, we strive to be strategic business advisors by focusing on continuous business improvement and assisting our clients in achieving their business objectives.

    Join this dynamic team and get involved in:

    • On-the-job training on assessing risk procedures and internal audit methodology;
    • Performing control adequacy assessments with input and guidance from Internal Auditors and Seniors;
    • Preparing work papers of findings and raising issues with Auditors and Seniors.

    You would need to have the following qualifications

    • BCom Accounting or equivalent qualification.

    You would need to have the following technical and behavioural competencies

    • Keen business acumen and knowledge of business processes;
    • Team player;
    • Well-developed interpersonal skills;
    • Embraces change and new ideas;
    • Client service orientation;
    • Ability to multi-task, be assertive, proactive, motivated, and goal-driven;
    • Ability to work without close supervision.
