Prior Vessel Arrival at Cape Town Terminal

Our team is responsible for monitoring and communicating vessel arrivals with colleagues and port authorities to ensure a smooth process.

We manage the arrangements of berthing, plan accordingly, and coordinate with third parties to meet our objectives.

Vessel Berthing - Alongside

To berth the vessel, we manage all authorities and legal requirements, ensuring compliance with regulations. Additionally, we handle crew requirements and work closely with the chief officer to plan the vessel's operations.

During discharge and load operations, we continuously monitor vessel performance to guarantee efficiency and productivity.

Vessel Departure

Upon completion of the vessel's stay, we finalize the plan and submit reports as per company requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Reporting

Our daily vessel operations report covers arrival and departure details for all vessels. We also compile a fortnightly sailing schedule for the local office, providing valuable insights into vessel movements.

Invoice Process

We process invoices from all vendors in our system, seeking Manager approval to ensure timely payment and accurate financial records.
