    • Drive the implementation of standardized technologies and processes.

    • Define and manage critical process and product characteristics, including the Bill of Material.

    • Develop competitive plant cost estimates and implement them through the ECR system.

    • Drive continuous improvement through the implementation of BOSLE principles and best practices.

    • Foster a respectful work environment, recruit, develop, and retain a qualified, motivated, and productive workforce.

    • Interpret drawings and specifications to determine optimal practices.

    About the Role:


    Fempower is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing project implementation, engineering and process changes, and maintaining stamping dies.


    Requirements:



    • National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

    • Experience in press tooling supported by relevant experience.

    • Strong knowledge of sheet metal pressing.

    • Good knowledge of welding processes.

    • Strong discipline to drive team members for results.

    • Excellent analytical skills.

    • Excellent knowledge and experience in manufacturing processes and procedures.

    • 5 years of experience in a large automotive manufacturing environment.
