CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
_
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for building and developing trusted relationships with relevant
stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of value-added service to both management and employees.

_

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
_

Partner with management teams to develop strategic HR plans to support the objectives and future direction

of the business

Ensures compliance to labour legislations, company policies and procedures
Develop strategies for succession planning and talent management for key positions
Ensure compliance with regulatory legal amendments applicable to transformation reporting
Timeous execution and submission of workplace skills plan and annual training report
Manage strategic projects as and when required

_QUALIFICATIONS /

EXPERIENCE:
_

Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 5 years' experience in an HR Generalist role
Good working knowledge of HR legislative requirements
Business acumen
Advanced computer skills
