CORE PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
_
The HR Business Partner will be responsible for building and developing trusted relationships with relevant
stakeholders to facilitate the delivery of value-added service to both management and employees.
_
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
_
- Partner with management teams to develop strategic HR plans to support the objectives and future direction
- Ensures compliance to labour legislations, company policies and procedures
- Develop strategies for succession planning and talent management for key positions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory legal amendments applicable to transformation reporting
- Timeous execution and submission of workplace skills plan and annual training report
- Manage strategic projects as and when required
_QUALIFICATIONS /
EXPERIENCE:
_
- Relevant tertiary qualification with at least 5 years' experience in an HR Generalist role
- Good working knowledge of HR legislative requirements
- Business acumen
- Advanced computer skills
