    Project Engineer

    RPO Recruitment's client, a well-established and successful company in the renewable energy sector, is currently seeking a qualified Project Engineer to contribute to their complex solar PV projects in Johannesburg.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the planning, design, and implementation of solar PV projects from inception to completion.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant codes, policies, standards, and best practices.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
    • Over 3 years' experience in the commercial solar PV industry.
    • Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software.
    • Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.
    • Effective written and verbal communication.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with good analytical reasoning.
