Duties/Responsibilities:


  • Capturing of certificate of balances
  • Capturing of acceptances
  • Requesting of paidup letters and settlement balances
  • Requesting and capturing of updated COBs or Acceptances
  • Assisting with inbound and outbound calls
  • Positive and analytical thinking
  • Attentive listening
  • Attending to all Freshdesk tickets
  • Exceptional customer relation skills

Competencies:


  • Must be computer literate. Windows 10 preferably.
  • Must be able to work on Excel and Word programs.
  • Dialler knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Have worked in a similar environment.
  • Must have strong knowledge of Debt Review.
  • Client management
  • Analytical problem solving

Qualification:
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification


Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8-5pm,
Rotational Saturdays: 9-12

  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
