Duties/Responsibilities:
- Capturing of certificate of balances
- Capturing of acceptances
- Requesting of paidup letters and settlement balances
- Requesting and capturing of updated COBs or Acceptances
- Assisting with inbound and outbound calls
- Positive and analytical thinking
- Attentive listening
- Attending to all Freshdesk tickets
- Exceptional customer relation skills
Competencies:
- Must be computer literate. Windows 10 preferably.
- Must be able to work on Excel and Word programs.
- Dialler knowledge would be an advantage.
- Have worked in a similar environment.
- Must have strong knowledge of Debt Review.
- Client management
- Analytical problem solving
Qualification:
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8-5pm,
Rotational Saturdays: 9-12
