Payroll Administrator - Bryanston, South Africa - ASI Financial Services
Description
Key Outputs:
- Administer monthly payroll according to KRA calculations, travel claims and/or deductions.
- Manage and maintain the Employee Self Services System (ESS).
- Leave and Benefits administration.
- Ensure accurate capture of information on ESS.
- Manage EMP201; EMP501 and IRP5 submissions.
- Ensure timeous submission of PAYE, UIF & SDL.
- Timeous payment of monthly salaries according to Partner payment dates (25th and 30th).
Experience and qualifications:
- Financial/Management degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years payroll administration experience.
- Sage experience is essential.
- MS Excel proficiency.
