Key Outputs:


  • Administer monthly payroll according to KRA calculations, travel claims and/or deductions.
  • Manage and maintain the Employee Self Services System (ESS).
  • Leave and Benefits administration.
  • Ensure accurate capture of information on ESS.
  • Manage EMP201; EMP501 and IRP5 submissions.
  • Ensure timeous submission of PAYE, UIF & SDL.
  • Timeous payment of monthly salaries according to Partner payment dates (25th and 30th).

Experience and qualifications:


  • Financial/Management degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years payroll administration experience.
  • Sage experience is essential.
  • MS Excel proficiency.
