The Senior Legal Counsel, Commercial position will report to the Global Head of Commercial, Legal. The selected candidate will support the drafting, review, and negotiation of a variety of commercial agreements.+

- Responsible for working with all sales and product associates to review contracts in line with project review communication and renewal procedures
- Preparation maintenance and negotiation of various templates and process documents
- Review and negotiation of various inbound data and procurement agreements
