Senior Maintenance Specialist

This role requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee the maintenance team, ensure optimal working condition of all workshop machinery and tools, and maintain a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the maintenance team to guarantee seamless execution of tasks.
Machinery Optimization: Ensure that all workshop machinery and tools are in optimal working condition, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
Fault Diagnosis and Repair: Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Preventative Maintenance: Implement preventative maintenance schedules to prevent equipment failures and extend asset lifespan.
Workplace Safety: Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by adhering to safety procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

Expertise in Hand Tools: Strong experience with portable hand tools is essential for this role.
Maintenance Expertise: Expertise in maintaining Decoiler machines, bending machines, plasma machines, saw machines, drills, grinders, and workshop lights is required.
Troubleshooting and Repair: Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues is necessary for success in this position.
Leadership Skills: Supervisory experience with the ability to lead and manage a maintenance team is crucial.
Safety Knowledge: Knowledge of safety procedures and preventative maintenance is essential for ensuring a safe working environment.
