    Talksure is a well-established company seeking a Quality Assurance Agent to join our team. This role involves evaluating customer interactions and providing accurate feedback to ensure exceptional customer experiences.


    Key Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate customer calls to determine quality and identify areas for improvement
    • Provide constructive feedback to customer service representatives to enhance their performance
    • Identify trends and patterns in customer interactions to inform business decisions
    • Maintain accurate records of evaluations and feedback provided
    • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure consistent quality standards across the organization


    Requirements:

    • Grade 12 qualification or equivalent
    • At least 1 year of experience in a quality assurance role within a contact centre
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
