We are looking for a Fintech Implementation Consultant
Our client, a Fintech company developing financial software for the property sector is looking for an Implementation Consultant to join their vibrant and growing team.
The company is fast-paced with an exciting team culture positioned to invest in their employees to enable growth and progress within the business.
This is a proudly South African company specialising in developing software solutions (SaaS) for the property management industry and one of the fastest growing in their field.
They have developed the most advanced Body Corporate & HOA management software that enables property managers to manage their property portfolio with one solution that seamlessly integrates all the functions of property management and accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing customer migration projects.
- Creating and managing migration plans with clients.
- Managing data migrations with the takeon teams.
- Reporting on migration progress of all projects to the rest of the team.
- Use advanced technical skills and custom tools to efficiently manage and migrate client data into their software.
- Work directly with clients to effectively coordinate each migration project to completion.
- Monitor all work for quality while troubleshooting and resolving errors as need be.
- Communicate process successes and failures to internal and external stakeholders to identify potential areas of improvement and action to ensure that the migration project stays on track.
- Providing customer support, resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding users through features and functionalities on the system
- Provide system training to customers
Skills:
- Analytical skills to understand the data they are working with and the information they are receiving from clients. This information can help them determine the best way to move data and what precautions to take to ensure the data is uploaded accurately.
- Organisational skills
- Implementation consultants often work with multiple teams and individuals to complete their work.
Qualifications and experience requirements:
- Experience in data analysis and processing will be advantageous.
- Proficiency in Excel Intermediate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Outlook, PowerPoint
- Financial/accounting experience or background will be advantageous.
- Customer service/support experience will be advantageous.
- Experience in administration management.
