    QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE

    • South African citizens/residents are preferred.
    • SAP Certification FICO
    • IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications/certifications
    • 5+ years IT / Finance related experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects
    • Understanding accounting business processes/customer processes
    • Results orientated.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

    • SAP FICO
    • SAP SD (MM)
    • Config and design
    • ITSM Remedy Ticket handling / SLA management
    • Agile methodology
    • Strong understanding of the Finance and Controlling Modules and business processes integrated with the General Ledger and Controlling Profitability Reporting.
    • Working understanding of Integration back into Other Modules for key Touch Points to the Finance Module.
    • Integration testing/guidance for impacts to Business processes in the Finance arena.

    ROLE:

    • Work Required is to provide Daily Support to Goodwood Finance Departments
    • Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP FI and CO
    • Handle all Day-to-Day operations for the SAP FI and CO queries/tickets raised
    • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate, and document customer requirements.
    • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
    • Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
    • Design, customize, configure, and testing of SAP modules
    • Identify gaps, and issues, and work around solutions.
    • Document functional designs, test cases, and results
    • Work self-directed and independently.
