Join GAAP Point of Sale in our Durban office as a Restaurant Manager Support Consultant. Be part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing top-notch support to clients in the hospitality industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Support clients in utilizing pointofsale features effectively
  • Conduct online, classroom, and onsite training sessions
  • Customize menu layouts based on client needs
  • Perform general operational duties as required

Minimum Requirements Competencies:


  • Experience in the sitdown and/or QSR restaurant sector
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Reliable car and valid driver's license
  • Fluent in English with good communication skills
  • Customeroriented with attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of accounting
  • Home office setup with stable internet connection
