Controller: Repairs, Servicing & Support Services

The opportunity at Motus FORD PAARDEN EILAND is for a Controller specializing in Repairs, Servicing & Support Services within the Service Department.

Position Overview:
  • To assist in implementing and maintaining effective processes to exceed customer satisfaction levels and achieve gross profit targets.
  • To distribute work efficiently among Technicians and lead the team towards daily objectives.
  • To maintain a strong relationship with the parts department and ensure optimal parts availability.
  • To uphold manufacturer's warranty standards and ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of Grade 12/Matric or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Clear Criminal Record
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Customer and Team Orientation
  • Essential motor industry experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Detail-oriented and able to work well under pressure
  • Time-Management and Empathy
