Accountability:
Financial Management, Risk & Governance

Define the total cost of DC operations as a component of the total cost of tech
Hold accountability for the optimal cost to serve of Data Centre Operations
Manage the Data Centre financials and transfer costs ensuring SLAs and cost optimization targets are achieved always

Managed Services:
Commercial Contracting, Contract Negotiation & Contract Management
Leverage industry and DC expertise & work with the DC, Infrastructure Operations and Sourcing teams to identify and evaluate potential suppliers for DC Operations
Work collaboratively with sourcing to lead RFP processes and decision making

DC Operations, Technology & Infrastructure
Be accountable for deeply understanding the Organisation Technology strategies & roadmaps
Stay ahead of business needs through proactive engagement with business leaders
