Customer Services Assistant job vacancy in Johannesburg.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Be actively involved in Sales Planning, Support and Execution – achievement of the sales targets being the prime responsibility.
- Render support at dealer level to parts and technical departments.
- Assisting dealers and customers via telephone and email on spares enquiries.
- Assist with counter sales.
- Loading of orders timeously on the system.
- Supply feedback timeously on orders received.
- Manage back orders and supply feedback to customers
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate
- At least 3 years' experience in the Agricultural Mechanisation Industry.
- A technical background preferably on Agricultural machinery and Spares.
- Must be computer literate and knowledge how to navigate and read parts manuals
- An aptitude towards customer liaison and sales skills.
- Organisational skills.
- The internal drive to succeed, regardless of the obstacles.
- Knowledge of various farming practices and techniques.
- Be able to speak and write both Afrikaans and English fluently
