    About the Role

    We are looking for a seasoned Senior Information Technology Recruiter to join our team in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area, offering flexibility for remote work. As a key member of our recruitment journey, you'll play a pivotal role from client identification to sourcing and securing top IT talent.

    Main Responsibilities:

    1. Client Identification and Job Specs: Collaborate closely with clients and leadership to understand hiring needs, ensuring clear and detailed job specifications that guide the recruitment process.
    2. Full Life-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment journey, from identifying the best candidates to executing successful placements. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and negotiating offers.
    3. Sourcing Top Talent: Utilize creative strategies to source highly skilled IT professionals, aligning them with Cloud23's values and specific client needs.
    4. Pipeline Management: Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates and a seamless process from initial contact through to onboarding.
    5. Collaboration and Hard Work: Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to develop effective hiring strategies while demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results in a high-energy environment.

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience in full-life cycle and technical recruiting.
    2. Expertise in IT recruitment and hiring processes.
    3. Strong sourcing and networking skills to identify top IT talent.
    4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
    6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field.
    7. Experience in the technology sector is an advantage.
