Job Overview
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry.

This position will be responsible for the verification and authentication of invoice hardcopies received from logistics and transport suppliers, receive and complete recon for all submitted invoices for current operational month and resolve invoice queries with suppliers with investigation.

Responsibilities and Duties

Process invoice coding as per UDSA standards for approved GL / CC
Ensure suppliers invoices received prior to monthly finance cut off for processing.

Transport

Ensure all suppliers providing transport services to UDSA comply with billing requirements invoice cut of monthly.
Communicate with suppliers in advance sharing the monthly requirements.
Conduct a recon monthly for Transport services provided to UDSA ensuring all billing is accurate prior to invoice submission.
Outbound transport movement consolidation and weekly invoice check to authenticate movements via outbound controller / sales.

Business Control

Assist with returnable packaging invoicing flow.
Verify all reverse logistics cost as per supplier breakdown.
Provide monthly cost raised to BC unit controller.
Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Receive invoices from all PL suppliers.
Authenticate invoices within 35 days of submission and request for upload.
Excellent analytical skills to calculate charges raised.
Submit invoices for checks to line manager prior to workflow processing.

Minimum qualifications

B-Tech Logistics Management / Accounting or Diploma Logistics Management / Accounting

Knowledge and awareness of any new developments within operations.
Reporting skills.
Raise discrepancies immediately with billing.
Understanding logistics and supply chain models with invoicing.
Understand Vat calculations.

Excellent analytical skills.
Attention to detail to authenticate billing to UDSA.
