    Job Title: Internal Sales Representative (Syspro Experience)

    The successful incumbent will assume a pivotal role in our sales department, promoting growth and productivity.

    This position requires exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    • Sales to walk-in and telephonic clients
    • Customer complaints and queries resolution
    • Sourcing of stock and inventory management
    • Receiving and processing orders on Syspro
    • Liaising with warehouse regarding stock and deliveries

    To be considered for this role, the applicant must possess:

    • A Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
    • Excellent knowledge of Syspro
    • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the steel industry
