    We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional who can take on various responsibilities and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

    The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans), and possess strong attention to detail and accuracy. They will also be a self-starter, adaptable, and motivated individual with experience in Sage, Xero, 1Q, CaseWare, GreatSoft, Word, and Excel.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Services: Provide full monthly bookkeeping function for a portfolio of clients, handle statutory returns, including VAT calculations, returns, and submissions, reconcile control accounts, and perform payroll functions and EMP 501 reconciliations.
    • Financial Reporting: Prepare working papers and compile financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
    • Taxation and Administration: Liaise with SARS and handle taxation and tax administration tasks, ensuring timely submission of tax returns and payments.
    • Administrative Duties: Perform general administrative duties, manage client relationships, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • BComm or similar qualification (non-negotiable)
    • Completed SAIPA Articles
    • Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills
    • Fully bilingual (English and Afrikaans)
    • Valid driver's license
    • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively
