Description
Marite Property Administrators have a job opportunity for a Sectional Title Portfolio Manager (residential). The position is immediately available.


The person we require should by able to easily adapt and manage in an environment which is fast paced, ever-changing and especially challenging.

No qualification is required however previous experience is a plus.

Duties include - but are not limited to:

Financial:


  • Budget Preparation
  • Manage all Financial Queries on levy statements
  • Assist with Audit queries
  • Account Reconciliations debtors and creditors
Pastel experience would be an advantage


Admin:


  • Filing
  • Daytoday running of Bodies Corporate and Home Owners' Associations
  • Compile general notices; complaint letters
  • Communicate with Trustees
  • Attend all scheme meetings
  • Compile meeting documentation and convene meetings
  • IGM, AGM, SGM, Trustee Meetings etc.
  • Typing of minutes
  • Property inspections, walkthroughs, snagging
  • Liaise with Finance Department and Maintenance Department
  • Manage 10year Maintenance Plans of schemes
  • Ensure all schemes are CSOS compliant
Salary to be discussed upon interview.


Salary:
R12, R18,000.00 per month
