Job Purpose
Provides data analysis and segmentation of consumer data to support digital marketing channels and campaigns as well as performance reporting and analysis of the organization's digital marketing channels and campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES
External Communications
- Develop and/or deliver a plan for significant aspects of internal and external communications with guidance from senior colleagues.
Digital marketing data provision - Provide analyzed data for a particular product, service or specialty digital marketing initiative while working within established DMP (Data management platform)and online marketing management systems.
Data Exploration - Conduct research and select relevant information to enable analysis of key customer segments, themes and trends using primary and secondary data sources and business intelligence tools.
Customer Relationship Management / Account Management - Engage with and build relationships with relevant decision makers and influencers within the BLT organization and to enable effective two-way flow of information and resolution of issues.
- Collect feedback from identified customers or customer segments, in conjunction with BLT businesses, to ensure their needs are met, providing themes, summary analyses, and recommendations for changes based on customer input.
Digital Marketing Plan Execution - Provide data for digital marketing plan execution
- Provide analysis to monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Insights and Reporting - Prepare of various data and analytics reports.
Customer Needs/Experience Research - Support internal and external customer and market research by performing customer and market research and analysis techniques using both internal and external data Management

Education - University (First degree)
Experience - Experience enables job holder to deal with the majority of situations and to advise others (Over 6 years to 10 years)
- Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (2 – 5 years)
- Experience in sourcing, segmenting, analyzing, interpreting and advising using customer related information – (3-6 years)
- Data management for analysis for digital marketing advantageous
