About the Role
As a Seasonal Team Leader, you will be responsible for assisting your Head of Department in ensuring smooth daily operations and delivering exceptional customer experiences at one of our ski fields.
You will also be responsible for processing sales and enquiries, handling lost property, auditing and banking duties, and dealing with guest queries and complaints.
About You
We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and prior customer service experience. You should be adaptable, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have experience with Point of Sale systems.
The ideal candidate will be available to start between March and June, with multiple start dates available. Please indicate your earliest availability in your application.
