    Job Summary:

    The Sales Development Representative is tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through outbound calling, as well as email campaign outreach activities. The right candidate will be one who works well under pressure, thinks out-of-the-box, easily initiates relaxed but informative two-way phone conversations with prospects and is highly self-motivated. The right candidate will also understand how to assess a company's needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically.

    Job Description:
    • Identify potential B2B clients in the US market and build a robust database of leads
    • Initiate outbound communication through various channels, including cold calls, and emails campaigns to generate interest in our products and services
    • Conduct thorough research to qualify leads and understand their needs and pain points
    • Create meaningful conversations with prospects and nurture them that would lead to a sales decision
    • Schedule meetings and demos with qualified leads to drive the sales pipeline
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system
    • Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to align efforts and ensure a seamless transition of leads to the Sales team
    • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for lead generation and conversion
    • Build a sales qualified lead data through lead generation and research using LinkedIn, Zoom Info, or any equivalent lead generation tools


    Requirements

    Job Qualifications:
    • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales development
    • Experience in B2B sales in technology or recruitment industry is a must
    • Bachelor's/ College Degree specializing in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Management/ Customer Service/ Telemarketing, or equivalent is an advantage but not a requirement
    • Proven experience in B2B lead generation and business development
    • Confidence in speaking with HR Managers and C-Levels
    • Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
    • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
    • Demonstrated success in prospecting, cold calling, and booking sales meeitings
    • A strong ability to generate your own leads, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative
    • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic
    • High level of integrity and strong commitment to building a successful company
    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
    • An obsession with prospect happiness - set the stage for effective sales follow-up
