Overview:


Our client is a highly successful and forward-thinking refrigeration solution business, with excellent relationships built within the commercial and retail sectors.

They are the backbone for many corporate and franchise owned retail and grocery stores in South Africa. They attract highly visible and successful clientele/brands in the FMCG/food retail space.


Responsibilities:


  • Source and acquire new clients in line with growth strategy
  • Identify and acquire significant independent clients
  • Grow national presence by establishing outside of Gauteng sales footprint in line with growth strategy
  • Client project management (from acquisition, through execution and sign off to payment)
  • Manage and grow your sales pipeline
  • Support the overall sales and marketing strategy
  • Commercial management (quotations, invoicing, debtors' management)
  • Relationship management (internal/external)
  • Extensive traveling throughout South Africa

Requirements:


  • Basic technical refrigeration knowledge preferable
  • IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Client relationship management, both corporate and individual
  • Project Management
  • Sales and Key Account Management
  • Basic knowledge of building sites and measuring skills
  • Good negotiation skills

Measures of performance:


  • Achieves individual sales targets as allocated per growth strategy
  • Achieves margins in line with pricing policy
  • Meets client contractual delivery dates and specifications
  • Debtors performance
