    We are seeking a Payroll Administrator to work in Gqeberha.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Compile and record employee time and payroll data, including computing employees' time worked, production, and commission, as well as computing and posting wages and deductions or preparing paychecks.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Capture bi-weekly and monthly attendance registers into Excel from manual forms, ensuring accuracy and submitting them to the Financial Manager for approval and formula review.
    • Process leave on VIP and NBCRFLI sites, ensuring all leave forms are submitted and accounted for.
    • Prepare Performance-Based Reward (PBR) calculations on attendance registers and submit them to site HR offices.
    • Receive PBR adjustments from site HR offices, amend and finalize PBR figures, and prepare statistics per fortnight on PBR figures for submission to the Operations Director.
    • Assist with payroll queries and complete exit documents, including withdrawal forms, UI19 certificates, and certificates of service.
    • Confirm employment of employees with third parties and review monthly payroll.

    Qualifications and Skills Required

    • Diploma of 1-3 years/NQF level 6.
    • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
    • VIP Premier Payroll experience is essential, with NBCRFLI bargaining council experience preferred.
